This challenge is all about reclaiming your energy, inner strength, and willpower!

That being said it IS a challenge, There may be moments of struggle, but how we respond to those moments is what matters the most.

Observe the way you speak to yourself in those moments of struggle, do not beat yourself up if for example, you cannot do a long breath retention yet!

Each day you show up + push yourself a little bit more, your lungs will become stronger and more resilient!
